Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Nagpur – Transfer to Tadoba National Park
Upon arrival at Nagpur Airport/Railway Station, you will be welcomed and driven to Tadoba National Park. After reaching the resort, complete the check-in formalities and relax amidst the beautiful forest surroundings. The rest of the day is free for leisure where you can enjoy the peaceful jungle atmosphere and resort amenities. Overnight stay at Tadoba.
Day 2: Tadoba Jungle Safari
Early in the morning, proceed for an exciting jungle safari in Tadoba National Park. Explore the dense forest trails and experience the thrill of spotting wildlife including the Royal Bengal Tiger, leopards, sloth bears, deer, and various bird species in their natural habitat. After the safari, return to the resort for breakfast and spend the remaining day at leisure. Overnight stay at Tadoba.
Day 3: Tadoba to Pench National Park
After breakfast, check out from the resort and drive towards Pench National Park. Surrounded by lush forests and rich wildlife, Pench is among India’s most popular tiger reserves. Upon arrival, check in at the resort and relax for the day enjoying the serene jungle environment. Overnight stay at Pench.
Day 4: Pench Jungle Safari
Start your day early with a thrilling jungle safari in Pench National Park. Known for its rich biodiversity and scenic landscapes, the park offers opportunities to spot tigers, wild dogs, leopards, deer species, and many exotic birds. After the safari, return to the resort for breakfast and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Pench.
Day 5: Departure from Pench – Nagpur Drop
After breakfast, check out from the resort and proceed towards Nagpur Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey with unforgettable memories of your wildlife tour to Tadoba and Pench National Parks.

- The company is not liable or responsible for any kind of accidents, loss/theft, or damage to luggage or any other..
- We reserve the right to adjust this itinerary and our safari plans if required by operational or other situations..

Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure
Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that cancellation charges will apply when we receive your written notification. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:
- 30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost..
- 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost..
- 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost.
- 02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost..
- Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND..
- The fees for the Gypsy Safari will not be refunded..
- An extra mattress will be given if you’re booking a room for 3 persons..
- Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone to the traveller before the travel date..
- Note : If your safari does not get booked because of any problem like technical error or unavailable seats then we will refund the full amount to your accounts..
- Booking for peak season and holidays like Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year have a separate cancellation policy. We will communicate those policies as and when needed..
- Our Liabilities and Limitations: If there is an increase in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India then it will be charged separately at that time..
- Force Majeure events, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, strikes, festivals, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. We will try our best to arrange suitable alternatives but we will not be responsible for any refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations..
- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi..

- Please make payments only to the account of this company..
- If you want to secure your booking then you can do it by paying 50% advance and upon arrival, you can pay the remaining 50%..
- Our precious travellers can enjoy additional discount benefits if they pay the full 100% amount to confirm the booking..
- Travellers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees as applicable..
